Unlocking Potential
$250.00
When I talk about Unlocking Potential, I am not talking about becoming some perfect version of yourself. I am talking about the quiet strengths that are already there-the ones you might have forgotten about while you were busy surviving. I spent years thinking my injury had taken more than it gave, until I started noticing what had grown in the cracks: stubbornness, creativity, patience, and a deep empathy for people who struggle. That is potential too.
In this workshop, I help people spot those hidden strengths in themselves. I use simple stories, real examples, and down-to-earth exercises, not fancy theory. Participants map out three kinds of strengths: what they are naturally good at, what they have learned the hard way, and what others already rely on them for. Then I show them how to plug those strengths into real goals at work, at home, or in their community.
Groups leave with a personal "strength snapshot," a clearer sense of what makes each person valuable, and a few ways to use those strengths in daily life-like how to handle conflict, support a teammate, or stay steady under pressure. I also share how to keep building potential over time, even when life is messy, by focusing on small, consistent choices instead of perfection.
This workshop fits staff retreats, leadership programs, youth groups, and community events that want people to walk out feeling seen, capable, and energized to contribute. My goal is simple: help each person say, "I have more in me than I thought, and I know how to use it."
